SCOTT EGGLESTON
Scott is an attorney with the law firm of Ivey & Eggleston located in Asheboro. His practice is focused in the areas of estate administration, estate planning, and real estate. Scott graduated from the University of Richmond, T.C. Williams School of Law and is a member of the Virginia State Bar and the North Carolina State Bar. Scott lives in Randolph County with his wife, Lia, an Asheboro native, and their three children.

TAYLOR CALLICUTT
Taylor is an attorney with the law firm of Ivey & Eggleston, and is a Randolph County native. He completed undergraduate studies at Western Carolina University and received his law degree from Charlotte School of Law. Taylor is a member of the North Carolina Bar, and lives in Asheboro with his wife, Courtney.

Melissa is a legal assistant with the law firm. She assists with estate planning and various other legal matters, and has over 9 years of legal experience. Melissa lives in Randolph County with her husband, Jeremiah, and two children, Savannah and Christian.

Cathy is a legal assistant with the law firm. She assists with the real estate practice and has over 20 years of experience working in the legal field. Originally from Arkansas, Cathy and her husband, Randy, now live in Randolph County. They have four children and two grandchildren.

Cortney is the law firm’s receptionist, and she is also responsible for assisting with traffic citations and general matters. She moved to Asheboro from Richmond, Virginia, in 2008 with her husband, Mark, and son, Rhett.

Hannah is a legal assistant with the law firm. She is originally from New York, but now lives in Asheboro. She graduated from UNC-Greensboro in 2017 with a degree in Economics.

Phyllis is the law firm’s bookkeeper and assists with general office administration. She is originally from Surry County and relocated to Randolph County in 1988 when she and her husband, Clay, married. Phyllis graduated from Surry Community College in Dobson, North Carolina, with a degree in Executive Secretarial Science.

Stacey is a legal assistant with the law firm and assists with the real estate practice. She has over 13 years of experience in the legal field. She lives in Moore County and has one daughter, Laynie.

Richard is a legal assistant concentrating his work in the real estate administration practice. Prior to relocating to North Carolina, Richard practiced law in West Virginia for over 20 years. Richard resides in Randolph County and has 3 children and 2 grandchildren.

Debbie is a legal assistant with the law firm, where she assists with the real estate practice. Debbie has over 21 years' experience in the legal field and is a North Carolina Licensed Title Underwriter. She lives in Randolph County with her husband, Tim. They have two daughters, Kasey and Lindsay.

retired – Bill, who retired in 2015, is the founder of Ivey & Eggleston and a life-long resident of Asheboro. He practiced for over 40 years in Randolph County.
